You can also have turkey bacon, eggs and tomato for breakfast. Simply cook two slices of turkey bacon in a skillet placed over medium heat. Then cook sliced tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper in another skillet. Add two eggs until thoroughly cooked.

I know that you some people may raise an eyebrow once they learn that bacon can be consumed by guys following a low carb diet. It’s true that bacon is processed meat. Yet it is still low in carbs. It won’t hurt to eat bacon once or twice a week.

Lunch options

There are plenty of dishes you can have for lunch when you are following a low carb diet. You won’t feel deprived at all.

You can try this mouthwatering dish—grilled chicken wings paired with greens and salsa. You will need chicken wings, salsa, some greens and chicken spice mix for this one.

It is pretty easy to do. Simply put the chicken spice mix on the chicken wings. Place the meat on a baking tray and heat at about 400 degrees F for 40 minutes. You’ll now that the chicken is done when the wings are brown in color.

You can then serve this with some vegetables and salsa.

Dinner options

There are lots of options for dinner as well. You can have ground beef, for instance.

You will need ground beef, spinach, coconut oil, onions, salt and pepper for this recipe.

Start by putting coconut oil in a pan placed over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and stir for 1-2 minutes. Add ground beef, salt and pepper and spinach. You can also add black pepper and chili powder if you want to spice things up a bit.

Stir fry until ready.
